Growing up I always loved lava lamps. I would watch the one in my bedroom and think about life. It was something that brought me great comfort as a kid. At the time, it was my safe space to relax and work through my problems. But as an adult, I realize it's an incredible thing to be vulnerable. It's okay to ask for help.
